1 Introduction

3 Account Responsibilities

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered je77 account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed promptly. The majority of withdrawals are completed within minutes of the request being submitted. 6 Gameplay & Disputes

All games available on je77 use certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are determined entirely by these systems and cannot be influenced by je77, the game provider, or the player. The RTP (Return to Player) figures published for each game reflect the long-term statistical average and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

In the event of a technical error — including server disconnection, game malfunction, or display error — je77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account.
